Here at Wild Science Explorers our mission is to inspire young people to connect to the natural world through educational adventures that spark curiosity, stewardship, and a love of the outdoors.

Wild Science Explorers was founded in 2000 by Brian Reynolds and Ralf Provant after they discovered the positive social and academic benefits of overnight science education trips on their alternative junior high school students.

Many of our guides are also teachers who bring a tremendous amount of experience working with youth to our program. We strive to create a safe, fun, and supportive atmosphere to make each trip memorable.
